How Much Commission Do You Guys Take?

We charge a flat commission of 12.5% on sales of your products or services. There are no other fees or commissions related to your sales. We also offer a 2.5% commission to you for any sales made by your referrals in our "Refer a Friend" program. There's no limit to the number of therapists you can refer, so referring successful therapists means more income for you.
Please note: You cannot earn commissions from referrals alone. You can only earn "Refer a Friend" commissions on sales made by those therapists who are referred by you.

Either party may terminate the listing, and we may suspend listings for policy breaches. We are not liable for referral outcomes or indirect damages. Disputes should be resolved amicably or through mediation under Victorian law. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

E-book Sellers: By listing eBooks on Find A Great Therapist, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18, hold rights to your content, and ensure it complies with Australian regulations. Content that is false, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights is prohibited. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, pricing in AUD, and meeting any tax obligations. Commission applies to each sale, and payouts are issued monthly if the threshold is met. Refunds must follow Australian Consumer Law. Sellers grant us a license to display and sell their content and must protect buyer privacy. Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches or misuse. Our liability is limited to recent commission earnings. Terms may be updated, and Australian law governs this agreement.

Booking Terms: By using our platform to book therapist services, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information when making bookings. Therapists are independent professionals, and we do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of their services. Each therapist sets their own cancellation and refund policies. You must follow their guidelines for bookings. Customers must not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, harass service providers, or redistribute digital products. All content on the website is protected by copyright. We handle personal data according to Australian Privacy Principles. We are not liable for therapy outcomes, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform if terms are violated. These terms are governed by Victorian law, and any disputes will be handled in Victoria's courts. Continuing to use the website indicates acceptance of any updates to these terms.
