About Me:

More than 25 years of experience in delivering evidence based psychological therapy. Now working part time in the Fleurieu Peninsula with adults only, and especially older adults. Therapies include the use of Advanced level CBT, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma and Critical Incident and organisational psychology. Post-graduate Masters in Health Psychology with special interest in Men's and Women's health, including symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression related to adjustment to: work stress; retirement; illness; injury; pain; chronic illness, oncology, aging; carer's fatigue; menopause; relationship difficulties. Happy to accept referrals from individuals, couples, organisations, WorkCover, EAP, and Veterans.
