Customer Refund Policy

At Find A Great Therapist, customer satisfaction matters. We are a referral platform, not therapy providers, and are not involved in fees paid directly to therapists. Refunds may be issued for optional services like priority matching or enhanced listings if they weren’t delivered as described, were disrupted by technical issues, were charged in error, or were canceled before delivery. For any issues with sessions or payments, contact the therapist directly. We’re not liable for therapist performance, fees, or cancellations, though we welcome feedback.
